Position Overview

Atchison Hospital is looking for a Revenue Cycle Clerk-Cashier to join our team! This position is responsible for taking in-person and phone payments, cash posting, and other revenue cycle duties including daily balancing.

• Take in-person and phone payments
• Cash posting
• Perform other revenue cycle duties including daily balancing

Required Qualifications

• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Must be very detail oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance payments and posting
• Cashier and cash reconciliation experience
• 2 years’ experience as a hospital cashier

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., overtime as needed
• No weekends
• Day shift
